2026 Summer Small Groups

Our Summer Soccer Small groups are for groups of 6 or more that would like to train intentionally with us once or twice per week. Training includes performance and technical soccer skills. You can only join a group that you’ve started or been asked to join.


Each session is split into two focused halves to develop the complete player:


Performance Training

Players will work through soccer-specific training centered around:

  • Plyometrics and explosiveness
  • Speed and acceleration mechanics
  • Strength development and injury prevention
  • Agility and movement efficiency

This portion is designed to help athletes move better, play faster, and build the physical foundation needed to compete at the highest level.


Soccer Skills & Game Development 

The second half shifts into technical and tactical growth, with an emphasis on:

  • Ball mastery and skill development
  • Confidence in 1v1 situations
  • Scanning and decision making
  • Movement off the ball and game awareness
  • Playing faster under pressure

Players will be challenged in realistic game-like environments that encourage creativity, composure, and smart soccer.
